Supervised Care and Comfort
Our boarding area is fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating to ensure year-round comfort. Pets are placed in appropriately sized kennels or runs to match their needs. If your pet requires any medical care, daily medication, or preventative treatment during their stay, our veterinary team is happy to provide expert supervision. Every guest receives individualized care, whether they’re staying for a single night or an extended visit. Your pet’s health and safety are always our top priority.
Vaccination & Health Requirements
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require proof of current vaccinations before boarding. Dogs must be up to date on DA2LPP, Bordetella, Rabies, and have a negative fecal test within six months. Cats must have current FVRCP, Rabies, and a negative fecal test within six months. Pets that are not properly vaccinated may be turned away for the safety of others. This policy helps maintain a healthy, disease-free environment for every pet in our facility.
Extra Comforts for Your Pet’s Stay
At Fairview Heights Animal Clinic, we go beyond basic boarding with our Pampered Pets service—which includes extra walks, cozy sleep fleece, and gentle brushing for a special touch of care. We encourage pet parents to bring their pet’s regular food to prevent stomach upset, but veterinarian-approved kibble is available if needed. You may also bring favorite toys or blankets to help your pet feel more at home. With our attentive staff and personalized care, every stay is a safe and happy one.
